ORDER
The contention of the petitioner is that, the private respondents 4 to 8 are preventing the revenue officials from measuring his property and that he has also remitted necessary fees for survey and demarcation.

CRL OP(MD). No.15823 of 2020 that the representation, dated 16.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner is registered as CSR.No.245 of 2020 by the Inspector of Police, Thiruvegampathur Police Station, Sivagangai District and the enquiry is still pending.
3.It is pertinent to point out that in the representation the petitioner has contended that the respondents 4 to 6 are preventing the revenue officials from measuring his land. Admittedly, revenue officials have not lodged any complaint with the police. In any event, considering the submissions made by the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Thiruvagampathur Police Station is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 16.12.2020 given by the petitioner on merits within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if necessary, sufficient police protection be given to the revenue officials for mearing the land of the petitioner.
4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
