petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.2346 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.2346 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on all hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
