This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the pay arrears from the date of getting special Grade 2nd Grade Teacher on 21.11.1988 to 30.06.2007 to the petitioner.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.02.2020, to the first and the second respondents and requesting them to pay the pay arrears from the date of sanctioning special Grade secondary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.19748 of 2020 Grade Teacher on 21.11.1988 to 30.06.2007. However, the respondents have not passed any order so far. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2020, will be considered within a period of eight weeks time.

5. Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the respondents concerned to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
