It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that his client is not responding to his calls.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the line has been erected by the proposed party and not by the respondents herein. Therefore, mandamus cannot issued to the respondents herein to remove the said over head electricity line.

3. The petitioner has also not chosen to take steps to serve the proposed parties.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
