Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation, dated 10.11.2017 and consequently to allot the land for landless Adi Dravidar people.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner by way of this writ petition styled as a public interest litigation, the petitioner seeks for a direction upon the official respondents to allot land to the landless Adi Dravida people.

2. Such a wide relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted that too by way of a public interest litigation as it is best left to the authorities to decide how the landless poor have to be rehabilitated.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently,W.M.P.(MD)No.5522 of 2018 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
