This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.137 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner herein. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both side learned counsels have represented that the main case itself disposed of by the trial Court and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
