CRL MP(MD) No.10325 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6798 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.752 of 2021, dated 08.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
