ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.45 of 2009 on the file of the first respondent. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has registered a case regarding land grabbing offence and crime is of the year 2009 and they are unable to file the final report since the matter is pending before the Honourable Supreme Court of India.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petition cannot be entertained to quash the First Information Report in crime No. 45 of 2009. Further the first respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12884 of 2019 directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
