PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relates to the impugned demand notice dated 2010.2021 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently to direct the second respondent to remove the entry of demand notice dated 20.10.2021 reflected on Encumbrance Certificate.
