ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner 1/4

and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2022 received by the second respondent is pending before the second respondent and the petitioner may be directed to appear for enquiry.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2022and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to appear for enquiry before the second respondent.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
