in Crl.OP(MD).No.7469 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.7469 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
