[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.] Though a memo has been filed by the appellant, seeking to withdraw the appeal, we directed the parties to appear before us and interacted with them. They say that they are living together and they would like to continue as husband and wife. Hence, it is necessary to set aside the decree for divorce passed by the Family Court, Madurai in H.M.O.P.NO.322 of 2003, dated 10.02.2010, accordingly, it is set aside. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands allowed. No costs.
