ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that in the year 2020, there was a business transaction between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, for which the defacto complainant has settled the amount through bank transactions. The present complaint came to be registered as if the petitioner has to pay the balance amount of Rs.75,000/- to the defacto complainant for the transaction happened between them in the year 2020. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no complaint has been received and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
