ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 379 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry in CSR No.481 of 2021 and after enquiry, the same has also been closed.
