CRL.O.P.(MD).No.12618 of 2019 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.13 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 IPC, on the file of the third respondent police.

3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
