SAKTHIVEL, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing, on the side of the claimant, it was submitted that the matter was settled before Lok Adalat on 11.12.2021. Since the order for permitting the claimant to withdraw the award amount was not mentioned in the order, the Trial Court is hestitating to give permission for withdrawal of the award amount.

2.Since the matter was already settled before the Lok Adalat, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tirunelveli is directed to permit the claimant to withdraw the entire award amount passed in the order dated 11.12.2021.
