ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in 1/3

Crime No.162 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were in illegal possession of 1.300 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner had illegally transported 1.300 kg of Ganja and considering the fact that the co-accused has confessed about the involvement of the petitioner, and the bike which is recovered is standing in the petitioner's name and the CDR particulars are also showing the contact between the petitioner and the other accused, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
