ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint, dated 17.07.2021 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of the Inspector of Police for investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.10.2021.

3. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
