O R D E R

Although there is a request for getting instructions, I find no reason to further adjourn this case as this Writ Petition is of the year 2018 in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2017 and the communication of the second respondent dated 04.08.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that there was a theft of Urani Padithurai Stones of Lakshmipuram Village Urani and therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 27.01.2017 to the first respondent. Pursuant to the same, the second respondent sent a communication dated 04.08.2017 to the third respondent to conduct enquiry in respect of theft and file a report. However, no steps have been taken for enquiry in respect of theft.

3. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry relating to the Page No. 2 of 5

theft of Urani Padithurai Stones of Lakshmipuram Village Urani in the light of the communication issued by the second respondent dated 04.08.2017 by giving opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned.

4. Considering the same, I direct the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2017 by getting report from the third respondent, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needles to state, the petitioner shall be heard before such orders are passed on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2017.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
