This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate protection to the petitioner and his family for their life and limb based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 29.10.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
