Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to allow this revision and to set aside the Executable Order and Fair order passed by the Lower Court dated 02.08.2019 made in I.A.No.326 of 2018 in OS No.94 of 2017 on the file of learned Sub Judge, Mudukulathur.
ORDER :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners / plaintiffs have obtained SLR copy and ARegister by making application through the Right to Information Act and hence, there occurred a delay in filing the said documents in support of their case. However, without considering the said fact, the Court below has dismissed their application and posted the suit for final hearing. He further submitted that without considering the above said documents if the suit is proceeded further, it would affect their rights.
