ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 21.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.26130 of 2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay of the order passed by this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.13415 of 2025 in W.A(MD)No.2390 of 2025 on 18.08.2025.

3. In view of the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the contempt petitioner to revive the same depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal. 25.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes BTR To 2/4
