O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents rectify the error in the FMB pertains to S.F.No.362, of K.Paramathi Village,Pugalur Taluk, Karur District on the basis of Petitioner's representation dated 16.5.2025.

2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, his father Periyasamy Gounder purchased 4.84 acres of land out of total extent of 6.84 acres in S.F.NO.362 in the above mentioned village under sale deed, dated 22.09.1976. The Petitioner father and his mother died on 28.1.2006 an 17.1.2010 respectively. Thus the Petitioner is entitled to 4.84 acres of land in the above mentioned survey 2/6

number as a successor of his father's estate. The Petitioner submitted an application on 23.7.2024 seeking sub-division of the property purchased by his father. Later it came to the knowledge to the Petitioner that new FMB prepared by the respondents after sub division has been wrongly uploaded in the online portal records. Therefore serious of representations have been submitted seeking correction of FMBs uploaded by the respondents. The last of the representation was submitted on 15.5.2025. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.D.S.Neduhchezian, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.5.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
