The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Today, when the petition is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.However, Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the complaint given by the second respondent was closed after enquiry in Current Paper No.G7/2982/SPS/TEN/2020 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
