Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without any legally sustainable complaint and to direct the respondents to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in D.K.Basu (1997 1 SCC 416) case in matters pertaining to arrest or interrogation.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
