ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 4 to 10
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent is conducting enquiry and the petitioner may be directed to provide sufficient documentary evidence to show the deposit made by him in the finance company run by the respondents 4 to 10
3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2022and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner is also directed to provide sufficient documentary evidence to show the deposit paid by him before the trial Court.
