O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.1585 of 2020 on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The case has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner in Crime No.1585 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 506(1) of IPC and 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Special Court for SC/ST Act, Pudukottai and the same has also been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2020 and posted for appearance of accused persons on 30.11.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No16296 of 2021 4.Since the final report has been filed by the respondent police and the same has been taken cognizance, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition has been disposed of as infructuous.
