ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the

respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners said to have cheated a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs through online and hence the defacto complainant lodged a complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. They has been falsely implicated in this case and seek the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by one Yesuraj stating that the petitioner alleged to have received Rs.3 Lakhs towards medical expenses but thereafter failed to repay the same.

5. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioners may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
