ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the first respondent to cancel the enrollment of the second respondent, Enroll No.1840/2017, as Advocate from the rolls of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and to file a criminal complaint against the second respondent for furnishing false information in the application form and affidavit submitted by him before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry submitted that the complaint filed by the petitioner has been registered as Complaint No.34 of 2021 and that the enquiry has already been concluded. Therefore, the Disciplinary Committee will pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks. 2/4

3.In view of the submission made by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry that a final order will be passed within a period of two weeks, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
