PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2019.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent police conducted enquiry between both the parties and during enquiry there was some settlement between them and therefore they closed the complaint on 31.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
