ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9829 of 2026 dated 27.05.2026 wherein this Court has directed the petitioners to surrender before the Court within 15 days.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, due to lack of communication, the order was not communicated to the petitioners herein and therefore, they could not surrender before the Court. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons, time is extended till 13.07.2026 to surrender before the concerned Court. It is made clear that no further extention of time would be granted.

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
