ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.145 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.A Two wheeler was stolen on 24.03.2019, leading to registration of the case on hand. The stolen two wheeler has since been recovered from A1. The involvement of the petitioner came to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12591 of 2019 light from the confession of A1. The petitioner is having one previous case that is similar in nature.

4.Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
