2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though she lodged a complaint with the second respondent police with regard to the harassment meted out to her by her husband and in laws, the police did not take any action against them.
3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents and would submit that the representation dated 13.12.2020 filed by the petitioner in N4/27658/2131/P/2020 was posted for enquiry and the enquiry is still pending.
4. In such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint given by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order / uploading of the order in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
