O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to re-engage the petitioner as a 'Block Resource Person', in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P. Nos.19335 and 18552 of 2023, dated 29.08.2023 and in W.A.(MD) No. 1367 of 2024, dated 14.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2025 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P. 2/5

Nos.19335 and 18552 of 2023, dated 29.08.2023 and in W.A.(MD) No. 1367 of 2024, dated 14.08.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2025 in the light of the decisions made by this Court on 29.08.2023 and 14.08.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
