No.618 of 2014 compensation awarded by the Tribunal i.e., Rs.2,10,000/- in the ratio of 70:30 together with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of claim petition till the date of deposit to the credit of MCOP.No.511 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, IV Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;
ii)That on such deposit being made, the first Respondent/Claimant be and hereby is at liberty to withdraw the same after following due process of law; and iii)That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
