ORDER
The instant contempt petition has been filed under violation of the order of this Court dated 26.06.2024 made in WP(MD).No.13587 of 2024. 2.Pursuant to the order of this Court, 'No Due Certificate' has been issued by the Administrator of A3101 Madurai Milk Project Employees Co-operative Thrift and Credit Society Limited. However, it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that a reference has been made to the surcharge proceedings and the appeal connected thereto in the said 'No Due Certificate'. 3.This Court in Paragraph Nos.11 and 12 of the order made in WP(MD).No.13587 of 2024 has categorically found that the surcharge amount could be recovered from the writ petitioner by proceedings as against the immovable properties of the writ petitioner. Therefore, the employer of the writ petitioner shall proceed to disburse the terminal benefits. 4.With the above said observations, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
