ORDER

The petitioner has sent a representation dated 01.11.2017 to the 3rd respondent to take action against the encroachment and mal administration of the respondents 1 and 2. It is further submitted that the petitioner had earlier sent a representation dated 07.12.2015, which has not received any response from the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent/Wakf Board submitted that enquiry has already been held by the Superintendent of Tirunelveli Wakf Board and a report has also been submitted to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.5792 of 2018 3.Considering the above, I direct the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.11.2017, based on the report of the Superintendent of Tirunelveli Wakf Board, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is allowed, in terms of the above lines. No costs.
