ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.02.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.3109 of 2019.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that considering the request of the petitioner, the first respondent has forwarded the proposal to the second respondent. The second respondent, in turn, has forwarded the proposal, recommending the case of the petitioner to the Secretary to the Government, Municipal Administration Department. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if any adverse order is passed, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the order.
