ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4 (1), 4(2)(c) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act,1956 and Section 143 BNS, 2023, in Crime No.1427 of 2024, seeks 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were doing brothel business. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the statements made by the victims, that is, the women, who are involved in the trafficking and considering the fact that the C.D.R particulars taken by the respondent police also point out the fact that the petitioner is in contact with the said women, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
