2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a direction to forbear the respondents II and III from interfering in any manner with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents IV and V in respect of properties in S.No.647/1 measuring 21 cents and S.No.645/3 measuring 30 cents situate at Ambalakaranpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The primordial submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between him and the respondents IV and V and that with the connivance of the respondents II and III, the respondents IV and V are trying to grab his properties.
5. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petition given by the writ petitioner was considered after conducting an enquiry and both the parties were advised to settle their disputes before a competent Civil Court.
6. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
