ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.326 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruchittrambalam Police Station, Thanjavur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was arrayed as A2 in the FIR. However, during the investigation, the respondent police found that the petitioner has not involved in the crime. Hence, they deleted the name of the petitioner in the final report.
