ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a grievance as against the third respondent that he is doing illegal Cable TV business in Door No. 164/7, Ward No.8, Alagarsamy Street, Gudalur, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that both the petitioner and the third respondent were issued with license as Local Cable Operators of the Arasu Cable TV. She further submitted that 2/4
the third respondent is no more and that the petitioner has migrated to private MSO network.
4.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for taking action as against the third respondent. Since it is reported by the respondents 1 & 2 that the third respondent is no more, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Index :
