perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.PARANJOTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.12208 of 2023 dated 06.07.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are facing threat at the hands of respondent Police and they are unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
