PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 7 to 10 to allow the petitioner to join duty as B.T.Assistant in the 9th respondent school as per the appointment order issued by the 7th respondent as per his proceedings in Ref: No.APT/2016-2017/41 dated 15.12.2016 or otherwise to appoint her as B.T.Assistant in the 10th respondent School in the vacancy arises due to the promotion of Mr.Thomas Louis Raj as per the seniority list maintained by the seventh respondent.
