JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented that already he has filed a memo stating that already he has sent communication to the appellant dated 10.01.2014 and the same was delivered on 12.01.2024, even then there is no instructions from the appellant.
2. This Court has also printed the name of the appellant and even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, hence this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
