ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. C.K.M. Appaji, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. Sakthi Kumar, Govt Advocate,for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to modify the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6375 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 with regard to the payment of Rs.5,000/- each towards cost to the witness deposited before the concerned trial Court.

2. I find no reason to modify the above said condition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6375 of 2023. Consequently, 15 days time is extended to comply the above said condition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6375 of 2023.
