This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.174 of 2019 on the file of the respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report is made ready and it will be presented before the concerned Court within a short period. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of one month after completing the official formalities from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
