The prayer of these writ petitions are as follows: These writ petitions have been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Ma.Va.3/4937/2018, dated 08.03.2018 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the Respondent No.2 to renew the petitioner's license period of one more year in respect of Male Toilets in Platform No.3 and 4 at M.G.R. Bus Stand in Mattutavani, Madurai and to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of Public auction published in Thinamalar in Ma.Va.3/001240/2018, dated 17.03.2018 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the Respondent No. 2 to renew the petitioner's license period of one more year in respect of Male Toilets in Platform No.3 and 4 at M.G.R. Bus Stand in Mattutavani, Madurai.

3.In the interest of the General Public, the Madurai Corporation has decided to change the pay and use toilet in MGR Bus Stand, Maatuthavani as free toilet. Hence, this writ petition filed challenging the auction notice for pay and use of the general public toilet in the said Bus Stand, has become infructuous. In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs.
