O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.182 of 2019 dated 11.09.2019 within the stipulated period to be fixed by this Court. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.182 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 427, 442, 354, 506(i) and 366 IPC, however, there is no substantial progress in the investigation. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the police have examined about 12 witnesses so far and they have also altered the Sections of law and are going to complete the investigation shortly. The same is recorded.
4.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete rest of the investigation and file the charge sheet before the 2/4
concerned Court as quickly as possible, not later than 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
