This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to forthwith open the Aavin Milk Parlour on Platform Nos.4 and 5 in Tiruchirapalli Railway Junction and enable the petitioner to run the same up to the licensed period up to 31.03.2019 without any interruption.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the writ petitioner was permitted to run the Aavin Milk Parlour and to sell the food items other than the Aavin products at Platform Nos.4 and 5 in Tiruchirapalli Railway Junction. He further, submitted that the said period has come to end out on 31.03.2019.

This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
